Gift Cards and Loyalty

These terms apply to the use of gift cards and the Grillades Torino loyalty program. By using these services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Gift Card Terms and Conditions

1.1 Validity and use

Use possible in participating Grillades Torino restaurants in Canada
No expiration date
No inactivity or service fees
Subject to the Consumer Protection Act (Quebec)

1.2 How it works

Deductions are applied to the available balance
Can be used for one or multiple transactions

1.3 Loss or theft

To be treated as cash
Non-refundable in case of loss, theft or unauthorized use

1.4 Refund policy

Refund in gift card form only

1.5 Right of refusal

Grillades Torino can suspend or cancel a card in case of fraud or abuse

1.6 Applicable laws

Governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada

2. Loyalty point program conditions

2.1 Membership

Free
Limit of one account per person

2.2 Earning points

Valid on eligible purchases (before taxes, fees and tips)
Exclusions: gift cards, discounts, refunds, promotional items

2.3 Use of points

No cash value
Exchangeable for eligible rewards (according to availability)
Points must be used at the time of the transaction

2.4 Expiration and inactivity

Points may expire after 12 months of inactivity

2.5 Modifications and termination

Grillades Torino reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program for valid reasons

2.6 Applicable laws

Governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada
