Grillades Torino gift cards may be used only for the purchase of food and beverages at participating Grillades Torino restaurants in Canada. Gift cards have no expiration date and are not subject to any inactivity or service fees, in accordance with applicable laws, including the Consumer Protection Act (Québec). Gift cards have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
The balance of a gift card may be used in one or multiple transactions until the balance is fully depleted. Any use of a gift card authorizes the deduction of the purchase amount from the available balance. Gift cards should be treated like cash. Lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards will not be replaced or refunded, except where required by law.
Purchases made using a gift card are subject to Grillades Torino’s return and refund policies. Any approved refund will be issued as a credit to a gift card. Grillades Torino reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend a gift card in cases of fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. By using a Grillades Torino gift card, you agree to these terms.
