The story of Grillades Torino began in 1997 under the name "Poulet Torino." Driven by a bold vision, Charbel Assaad wanted to offer Mediterranean cuisine that combined freshness and balance, offering his customers tasty and light dishes. Thanks to his commitment to quality, success was immediate.
It's often in the shadows that the greatest ideas are born. In 2011, Khalil Mekari entered the Torino story with a simple intuition: to grow, you have to preserve what's essential. With Charbel Assaad, he imagined a unique place. A central kitchen. A laboratory of passion where recipes are refined, tested, and loved.
Dix ans plus tard, Khalil prend le relais et décide de poursuivre le rêve qu'il avait avec son ami Charbel. Une nouvelle page est écrite et la flamme continue à briller.
