The story of Grillades Torino began in 1997 under the name "Poulet Torino." Driven by a bold vision, Charbel Assaad wanted to offer Mediterranean cuisine that combined freshness and balance, offering his customers tasty and light dishes. Thanks to his commitment to quality, success was immediate.
It's often in the shadows that the greatest ideas are born. In 2011, Khalil Mekari entered the Torino story with a simple intuition: to grow, you have to preserve what's essential. With Charbel Assaad, he imagined a unique place. A central kitchen. A laboratory of passion where recipes are refined, tested, and loved.
Ten years later, Khalil took over and decided to pursue the dream he and his friend Charbel had shared. A new chapter began, and the flame continued to burn brightly. By becoming a franchisor, Khalil stayed true to his vision: preserving the warmth, the authenticity, the taste of genuine quality. And above all, he ensured that the Torino spirit would be passed on, never diluted.
